I got these speakers a couple of weeks ago. Hooked them up to a Yamaha RX-V495 receiver, Yamaha + Yamaha = great thinking sound. They were like nails on a blackboard - tough, irritating, etc. .. So I connected to a Marantz SR4400 and they came alive - Bass beautifully clean, medium complemented and supplemented, high-crystalline, with no harshness. 'm Excited about how they sound now, especially for the $ $ $. So - I think the moral of this story is be careful what you use to run, or you may be disappointed.

Pro
- Only 2 pieces compared to 7, with a traditional 5.1 setup, which means that …
- Only 2 son! Power cord and cable to connect the sub / receiver to the Soundbar.
- Sound decent. This is not to play better or even as good as a standard of 5.1 system, no errors.
- Price. My wife found this for $ 250, and is a damn good price.
- Connections. The thing has a lot of them.

Bought these 6 months for the low Onkyo surround sound system and Butt discarded! surreal sound a little 'more than $ 100. The music sounds great. My wife, who usually does not worry about things like this, or comment on how good the sound was a movie - like the theater. great!

The conflict zones
The globe is divided into six zones, each of them divided practicing a different standard. However, the basic standards are three in number, these are NTSC, which is usually followed in North America, PAL-M, PAL-N, followed in South America, Europe and Asia PAL and SECAM in France and some other countries. Most countries do not use a pure form, but relying on a combination of standards. The fundamental problem is that in all these, none of theThese standards are compatible with the others. To overcome this problem, engineers and scientists came out with video VCR that can play with a different video tapes of these standards. Therefore, a PAL standard tape can be on an NTSC or SECAM TV standard tape can be played, be considered compatible device on a PAL.

So far only have the speakers for a couple of weeks now so they are technically still running, but do not change my past experience with the sound quality in general contribute significantly decreased.

We have for sale and absolutely love the decision to buy. Not sure if there are other (out there in this price range that have received so many good reviews Note: There are more reviews of Energy Take Classic 5.1, the subwoofer, but was interrupted for any reason to take account of the speakers are the 4 identical satellites and center). The sound quality is robust and rich in detail.
